Aragami Developer Lince Works Closes Its Doors

It’s a sad day for fans of the Aragami Series. Developer Lince Works, which was founded back in 2014, announced on Twitter that it will be closing its doors today. Citing the “economic context,” the studio appears to be working on a new project that, sadly, will never see the light of day. You can read the full message below.

Lince Works would like to thank both its development team and the community that has supported it and signs this letter saying that the journey has been unforgettable. The studio also vows to help those affected by this news get back on their feet and continue their careers in gaming.

While only known for that Aragami series, Lince Works showed tremendous talent in adapting unique art styles to interesting gameplay concepts. You’d never confuse these games with big budgets, but there was a certain charm to hiding in the shadows and taking out enemies that gaming had long lacked. We also don’t know which title was in the works from the studio, which may have shifted the genre entirely.

If you still want to play Aragami game, both will continue to be available for purchase on their respective storefronts. Online co-op will remain accessible for the foreseeable future and is a solid way to experience the thrill Aragami And Aragami 2 Offer.
