Baldur’s Gate 3 Conjures Up a Date For Summer 2023

The highly anticipated CRPG from Larian Studios Baldur’s Gate 3 finally has a firm release date. The PC and PS5 release is scheduled for August 31, 2023. We saw a short trailer for the game during Sony’s State of Play stream. One of the new features introduced was split-screen multiplayer for the game’s campaign mode, which may be limited to Sony’s platform.

The development team also pulls out all the stops when casting their villains. The electrifying JK Simmons from Spiderman And whiplash Glory will voice General Ketheric Thorm, one of the three main antagonists of Baldur’s Gate 3. A man of complex ambitions and motivations, Thorm is likely to become a villain we’ll remember for years to come.

In terms of physical versions, Larian has unveiled a Deluxe and Collector’s Edition bundle for PC and PS5. You can currently pre-order it on Larian’s website. Both versions include 72-hour early access to Act 1 of the main game, as well as a plethora of goodies.
