diablo 4 has numerous side quests that you can complete. Some are provided by NPCs in towns or hamlets, while others are discovered as you explore the game world. One of them is called Secret of the Spring, which puts you in front of a mystery. And if you are here wondering how to solve it.
How to solve the puzzle in Secret of the Spring
The diablo 4 The Mystery of Spring side quest can be started by reading a note found in a work area on the cliffs north of Kyovashad. Go north of town until you see a narrow path leading to the Abandoned Quarry Dungeon.
The note is in the area overlooking the entrance to the dungeon itself. We have marked it with a star in the image below.

When you interact with the note, you’ll read a riddle that says:
A beacon of warmth in winter’s embrace, patience rewarded by nature’s grace.
This allows the Mystery of Spring quest to be tracked in your journal. From there, go to the marked location. Upon arrival you will see a picturesque spring.
To solve the diablo 4 Mystery of the Spring riddle, you should remember the key word: Patience. That means using the Wait emote. Go ahead and open your action wheel (hold “E” on your keyboard).
If you switch to the emotes wheel, you’ll notice that the “wait” command isn’t there. Do not worry. If you click on the Customize option, you should see it in the list of others emotions.

Equip and use the Wait Emote on the Action Wheel. This will magically make a chest appear near you.
