Confirmed Cards Paldea Evolved Cards
Tinkatuff, Baxcalibur, and Chi-Yu ex are the three Pokemon revealed so far.
- Tinkatuff is a level 1 Psychic Pokémon with two attacks and 90 HP.
- Baxcalibur is a level 2 Water-type Pokémon with 1 attack and 160 HP. it has that super cold Ability that allows you to transfer any basic Water Energy from your hand to a Pokémon as many times as you like during your turn.
- Chi-Yu ex, one of the Four Treasures of Ruin in Paldea, is a basic Fire-type Pokémon with two attacks and 190 HP. It is Singe jealously The attack is perfect for Mill decks as it discards the top 2 cards of the opponent’s deck.
The only confirmed special energy is currently reversal energy. It has the special effect of providing three Energy if you have more Prize cards than your opponent, it’s tied to an Evolution Pokémon, and that Pokémon doesn’t have a rules box (like a Pokémon-Ex). This is ideal for slower building decks with multiple developments and high energy costs.
Last but not least it is so Giacomo, a supporter card. This allows you to discard a Special Energy from each of your opponent’s Pokémon. This can quickly lead to a big twist in a game.
While these are only the first five cards confirmed as part of the English set, there are signs that they could potentially disrupt the current competitive meta. Scarlet and Violet – Paldea Evolved will be available in stores on June 9, 2023. For more information on the Pokémon TCG, click here.
