- In the settings menu on the right, go to the Account & privacy tab
- From the Account menu, select Recent Purchases
- In the Return or Cancel a Purchase menu below, you can see the eligible items and how many return tickets you have available
- Select the item you would like to return
- Confirm with the Use return ticket button
