The neon tank at Ocean Blue Palace in ForzaHorizon 5 is the photo challenge for the summer – the hot season. It requires you to drive a modern sports car to the location.
This category includes vehicles like 2008 BMW Z4 M Coupe, 2019 BMW Z4 Roadster, 2012 Lotus Exige S, 2010 Nissan 370Z, 2020 Toyota GR Supra and many others. The one we have is the 2019 Porsche 911 Carrera S as shown in the picture shown.
Either way, you want to go southwest coast the map where you see them Blue Ocean Palace landmark.
If you drive there, you will notice a two-story apartment complex overlooking the beach and other hotels. The neon sign is on the side of the building along the street. You can see this location circled on the map below:

Just turn on photo mode there and take a promo shot. This completes the objective and earns you the Horizon Raptors Tee cosmetic and +2 Festival Points. The idea is to get 20 points for the Cadillac CT4-V and 40 points for the Radical RXC.
