Genshin Impact 3.5 Update Brings Back Windblume Festival, Adds New Characters

Genshin Impact leaves one festival and heads to another. Just like the transition between version 1.3 and Version 1.4 Over two years ago, the Lantern Rite Festival ends and the Wind Flower Festival begins in the coming period Genshin Impact Update to version 3.5, Windflower’s Breath.

From March 1, 2023 you can take part in the love celebration in Mondstadt. The Windflower’s Breath flagship event will feature a story that focuses on Collei and reveals more about her history.

You can also participate in three other events:

  • flower hunt – A balloon-collecting mini-game that can be played alone or with other players in co-op.
  • Ballads of the Breeze – A recurring rhythm game with three different instruments and an edit mode.
  • Airy snapshots – A challenge that requires players to take photos that meet certain requirements such as: B. being in a certain place at a certain time of day.

Other events will take place parallel to the flagship event. Spices from the West: Northern Quest revolves around a cooking minigame, mushroom mechanic is played like a top-down strategy game, and the Vibro Crystal Verification is a series of combat trials using various Vibro Crystal buffs. The recurring Ley Line Overflow event will also be available, giving you three sets of double rewards each day.

Festival aside, two of the biggest highlights of the 3.5 update are the new characters.

Mika is added as 4-star Cryo Polearm user while Dehya advertised as new 5 Star Pyro Claymore User. Dehya will also receive her own story quest and have her Beacon of the Reed Sea Claymore weapon at her disposal. An interesting tidbit to remember is that she remains non-event exclusive and will be added to Wanderlust Invocation’s wish pool starting in version 3.6.

A new “Hot battle mode‘ will also be added for the Genius Invocation TCG, reducing the cost of elemental dice actions and speeding up the pace of the game. Additional rewards for completing Archon quests will also be added, including a Tangled Fate for each quest completed. Additionally, these rewards are applied retroactively, so no one misses out as long as they remember to claim them.

Finally, Dainsleif will return in update 3.5 for the new Archon Quest titled Caribert. This story quest focuses on the story of the traveler and reveals more about the kingdom of Khaenri’ah.
