Signs of Fragmentum is an adventure mission in Honkai: Star RaIt unlocks when you reach Trailblaze Level 22, and once you complete Asta’s companion mission, you already know me. Once unlocked, you can complete up to three increasingly difficult difficulty levels, each offering their own rewards. At the heart of each instance of Signs of Fragmentum is the hunt for four or five Wubaboos scattered around the area. This guide will tell you where to find them and how to complete the mission.
How to complete Signs of Fragmentum in Honkai: Star Rail
To start Signs of Fragmentum, head to the Storage Zone. The nearest space anchor is outside of the control center (first floor). Talk to the security officer and he will send you to the instance. You have a set of three objectives for each difficulty level, and completing each of them will earn you additional rewards.
- Difficulty 1: Complete all fights within five rounds, no more than two knockdowns, and find all four wubbaboos.
- Difficulty 2: Complete all fights within five rounds, no more than two knockdowns, and find all five wubbaboos.
- Difficulty 3: Complete all fights within ten rounds, no more than two knockdowns, and find all four wubbaboos.
The problem is that unless your team is filled with absolute DPS machines, fighting everything will take more than your number of turns. Stealth is the answer then. Once in the instance, you must take a picture of each Wubbaboo, and once you’ve taken a picture of everyone, you can exit. Here’s where to find all the Wubbaboos in Signs of Fragmentum.
All Difficulty 1 Wubbaboos in Signs of Fragmentum
The wubbaboos scattered throughout are fairly easy to find, with only one difficult one. At Equilibrium 1, all enemies in the instance are level 34, so be prepared.
First Wubbabboo location
Find the first Wubbaboo right next to the starting point, near the maintenance worker.
Second Wubbaboo location
The second Wubbaboo is hiding above the door where the enemy is patrolling. If you don’t have a soul, you’ll probably need to defeat the enemy to safely take a picture.
Third Wubbaboo location
The third Wubbaboo will hover near the plants at the corner of the right hallway. There’s an enemy staring at the wall, so snap that little ghost man’s picture and move on.
Fourth Wubbaboo location
The fourth and final Wubbaboo in difficulty 1 Signs of Fragmentum is on the left side of the fork passage. It’s hidden between the bright blue terminals at the back of the room. The enemy there won’t attack unless attacked, so snap the picture and get going.
All Difficulty 2 Wubbaboos in Signs of Fragmentum
It gets a bit thicker in Signs of Fragmentum Difficulty II, since the opponents are on a more difficult level 36 and there are now five Wubbaboos to find. You still only have five rounds of combat, and while there are no boss-level enemies, there are enough mobs to make life difficult.
First Wubbabboo location
The first Wubbaboo hovers over the chasm between the two bridges leading off the central ring.
Second Wubbaboo location
The second wubbaboo is hiding in the plants to the left of the door leading to the forked hallway.
Third Wubbaboo location
To get to the third Wubbaboo, turn right at the fork, then left into the platform puzzle room. To solve the puzzle, go all the way left, then all the right, then take the teleporter and finish it. The Wubbaboo is on the left side of the opposite platform behind one of the large servers.
Fourth Wubbaboo location
On the fourth Wubbaboo, stay in the same spot and head into the room where the black-clad enemies are patrolling. The little guy is over the door.
Fifth Wubbaboo location
The fifth and final wubbaboo of II Signs of Fragmentum difficulty is on the other side of the area, so go over the fork in the road. Head straight across the room to the stairwell until you reach the orange-lit machine. The Wubbabbo is embedded there at the bottom left.
All Difficulty 3 Wubbaboos in Signs of Fragmentum
Strangely, difficulty III of Signs of Fragmentum is easier than II for finding Wubbaboos. The first three are in the starting zone, although one is guarded by a level 38 boss. Once again, Seele’s stealth ability is a great option if you have access to it.
First Wubbabboo location
From the starting location, turn left and walk around the central ring a bit. The first Wubbaboo is hovering next to the elevator shaft.
Second Wubbabboo location
Continue around the ring to the bridge and the Wubbaboo is underneath it on the left as you face the boss.
Third Wubbabboo location
You can see the third Wubbabbo from the bridge, but you have to solve the floating platform puzzle to actually take a picture of it. The solution is up-left-up, teleport, then up-left-up again.
Fourth Wubbabboo location
To find the fourth Wubbabboo, go back to the maintenance and security staff. Solve the floating platform puzzle (left-up-right, teleport, down-right-up) and go into the room. Immediately turn right to see the eWubbabbo hovering near some crates.
Fifth Wubbabboo location
The fifth and final Wubbaboo is on the other side of the area. Go into the room with the patrolling enemy and immediately turn right. If you have soul, go into camouflage and go to the bottom of the stairwell. The wubbaboo is hovering near the ceiling there. If you don’t have Soul, you’ll probably need to defeat the enemy to take the picture.
You will be rewarded for every first Signs of Fragmentum completion, and if you get all three stars there are no additional rewards for subsequent completions. Completing all three difficulties will reward you with up to 180 Stellar Jade plus some experience items and two relics.
