Resident Evil 4 make new has made many changes to the original, and this time Leon gets help from specific characters. Does Resident Evil 4 Remake have co-op?
Currently, Resident Evil 4 Remake doesn’t have a co-op feature and likely won’t get one any time soon. Leon doesn’t always have an NPC companion with him, and that would either leave a co-op partner without a chance to play in those stages, or force a character into play in those stages.
Again, the Ashley sections would put a co-op player more on the sidelines than in the action because you don’t get a chance to fight as Ashley.
RE4 Remake could add cooperative multiplayer by taking a look at how co-op will be implemented Resident Evil Revelations 2, That gives you reasons to play as Moira – who refuses to use guns. There, Moira acts as Claire’s co-op foil, as she has melee skills and finishing moves to help your partner against the infected.
For now, however, the current version of RE4‘s Ashley has no weapons for combat, so join us Resident Evil 4 Remake would be unbalanced and skewed towards the player using Leon.
Without overhauling the gameplay Resident Evil 4 Remake, there isn’t much potential for an optimal co-op experience. For now, the game remains only in single player mode, but you can also play with friends resident Evil sign once mercenary releases.
