The Sims 4 Growing Together Expansion Pack has received a new trailer from EA. Emphasis on toddler interactions, generational milestones, and more family-friendly gameplay.
Much of the new trailer features toddlers, an anticipated addition to the game. While the base game’s Baby update arrives on March 14th, the separate Growing Together Expansion Pack on March 16th brings 18 unique baby traits, several toddler milestones and new abilities.
New items like the baby changing station and toddler playmat bring new social interactions. Baby carriers, called PowerWalk Companion, allow parents to bring their wobbly bundle of joy to the neighborhood. There is even a baby shower event that can be thrown to celebrate pregnancy.

While toddlers are perhaps the most exciting part of the trailer, the Growing Together pack really focuses on expanding cross-generational gameplay. Social compatibility between parents, siblings, in-laws, and friends can change family dynamics.
Included in the expansion are new milestones. Toddlers can reach milestones when they roll over, stand up for the first time, or eat solid food. Children can receive a milestone for losing a tooth. Achieving milestones together strengthens social bonds, while few things in common can weaken them. Growing Together will also bring new impactful social interactions to the table
The Growing Together Expansion Pack will be available on March 16th at 19:00 CET for PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. Pre-orders for The Sims 4 Growing Together Expansion Pack are available now, and if you purchase before April 27th, you’ll also receive the Outdoor Playtime digital content, which includes the PowerWalk companion, the Prime of Childhood swing set, and Lil’ Whalebert included toddler slide.
