PlayStation Plus February 2023 game lineup
Evil Dead: The Game (PS4/PS5)
Evil Dead: The Game is an asymmetric 4v1 multiplayer game in which you play as one of several iconic characters from the cult classic franchise, all in a bid to survive against another player who controls a Kandarian demon that is targeting your destruction is off. we called it”just groovy enough“Having a good time with friends but a bit lacking in the single player department. Either way, it nails that evil Dead atmosphere and offers “some of the best evil Dead fan service ever.”
OlliOlli World (PS4/PS5)
OlliOllie World released exactly one year before its inclusion as one of the free PlayStation Plus games in February 2023. Well-received by critics and fans alike, this high-octane platformer lets you skate towards Gnardvana. While we didn’t play it ourselves when it released in early 2022, our friends at at Destructoid rated it an 8.5and the good people at Prima gave him a solid 9a look at our book is therefore worthwhile.
Mafia: Definitive Edition (PS4)
Mafia: Definitive Edition was released in 2020 and is a remake of 2K’s 2022 action-adventure game. A focused, story-driven, single-player experience set in an open world that Final Edition is rebuilding the city of Lost Heaven from the ground up. In our reviewwe said that the Final Edition takes a compelling, nuanced approach to its writing and offers a “rich atmosphere” to play in, even if the world feels a bit empty at times and the actual shooting gets stiff.
Destiny 2: Beyond Light (PS4/PS5)
Destiny 2: Beyond Light is certainly part of the February 2023 PlayStation Plus series of games to prepare new players (or those who have been away from Bungie’s shooter for a while) for the upcoming release of Destiny 2: Lightfall on February 28th. Including a new storyline, the Stasis subclass and a host of other additions, tweaks and balances, Beyond the Light is a great place to start or start over D2 Journey in 2023. Giving an 8/10 in our ratingwe said that “you can and will spend hours and hours discovering everything Beyond the Light has to offer.” That’s quite a lot.
Those are the PlayStation Plus games for February 2023. Remember: be sure to grab the January free games before February 7th when those games take their place. Stay tuned for more Sony service reveals in the future such as: the closure of the PS Plus Collection.
