The Sustainability Week 2023 has started Pokemon GO. With a new timed research series, you can now take your buddy for a walk, use berries to catch Pokémon, and earn candy for extra rewards. Timed research requirements and rewards for Sustainability Week Phase 1/4
- Use 4 berries to catch Pokemon: A Pokémon Encounter (Drilbur)
- Feed your buddy 5 times: Pinap Berries x5
- Take 5 snaps of your buddy: A Pokémon Encounter (Trubbish)
Rewards for completing Stage 1:
- 1,500 XP
- 500 Stardust
- Star Piece x1
Sustainability Week Timed Research Requirements and Rewards Phase 2/4
- Use 7 berries to catch Pokemon: A Pokémon Encounter (Trubbish)
- Earn 5 hearts with your buddyMission: Nanab Berries x10
- Play with your buddy: A Pokémon Encounter (Bounsweet)
Stage 2 Completion Rewards:
- 1,500 XP
- 1,000 Stardust
- Incense x1
Timed research requirements and rewards of Sustainability Week Phase 3/4
- Use 9 berries to catch Pokemon: A Pokémon Encounter (Drilbur)
- Earn 2 candies while exploring with your buddy: A Pokémon Encounter (Grimer)
- Use an incense: A Pokémon Encounter (Bounsweet)
Tier 3 Completion Rewards:
- 2,000 EXP
- 1,500 Stardust
- Razz Berries x10
Sustainability Week Timed Research Requirements and Rewards Phase 4/4
- Use 5 berries to catch Pokémon: A Pokémon Encounter (Binacle)
- Earn 3 candies while exploring with your buddy: A Pokémon Encounter (Drilbur)
- Receive a souvenir from your buddy: A Pokémon Encounter (Bounsweet)
Tier 4 Completion Rewards:
- 2,000 XP
- 2,000 Stardust
- Ultra Ball x15
Luckily, the amount you have to walk your buddy to earn hearts and candy has been halved during Sustainability Week. There is also an increased chance of receiving souvenirs from buddies at Ultra Buddy level or higher.
