Pokemon Scarlet and Violet: Typhlosion Tera Raid Event Guide

The next big Tera Raid event in Pokemon Scarlet And Violet was announced, with the Fire Johto Starter Typhlosion. In this 7-star Tera Raid, Typhlosion will have the Mightiest Mark and a Ghost Tera type that reflects the Pokemon’s Hisuian form Pokémon Legends: Arceusand marks the third Pokémon from the spin-off to appear in Tera Raids.

You have two options to participate in this event, which runs from April 13th to April 16th and again from April 20th to April 23rd. You can only capture one typhlosion per save fileso making the most of this two-part event is imperative.

In order to access this 7-star Tera Raid event, you must first complete the post-game events in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet or join the page of another player who has done so. In addition, you must download the latest poke portal news as per The Pokemon Company.

To download the latest news:

  • Choose Poke Portal in the X menu.
  • Choose Mysterious Gift.
  • Choose Get poke portal news.

After that, you can access Tera Raids, denoted by shimmering black crystals. In the event of this event, Typhlosion’s raids will be marked with a Ghost-type icon.

How to defeat Typhlosion During the Tera Raid event

In order to defeat and capture Typhlosion, you must familiarize yourself with its weaknesses and keep in mind that the traditional Fire-type Pokémon will have a Ghost Tera type.
