Riot Gun vs Striker
The Riot Gun and the Striker can be considered the best shotguns in the world Resident Evil 4 remake.
The Riot weapon can be bought from the merchant from Chapter 6 for 28,000 pesetas. It has the following base stats:
- Perfomance: 6.4
- Ammo Capacity: 7
- Reload Speed: 1.0
- Fire rate: 0.75
- Exclusive upgrade: 1.5 times the power

The striker, meanwhile, can be purchased from Chapter 10 for 38,000 pesetas. His base stats can be seen below:

The Skull Shaker is only available if you own or purchase the Deluxe Edition standalone DLC. While it can be pretty decent after quite a bit of investment, it still pales in comparison to Riot Gun and Striker.
The Skull Shaker is hampered by the low ammo capacity, rate of fire, and the fact that you’re spending extra money on it. Conversely, its only selling point is that it’s small and compact.
