The Turret Puzzle is part of the first major combat area in Resident Evil 4 Remake‘s third section, the island. Before trying to solve it, we recommend eliminating all enemies first. Rotating turrets in the area will tear you apart, so be careful. You also need to know where they are in order to solve the puzzle later.
There are three towers in the battle arena, and you can move each of them between one of two positions by interacting with them.
- The first tower is at the beginning of the area.
- The second tower is on the upper level of a bombed out building in the center of the compound.
- The third tower blocks the stairs to the door leading to the front.
- If you simply try to move this turret, you’ll find yourself caught between two lasers that will splice Leon into a million pieces.

How to solve tower puzzle in Resident Evil 4 Remake

Solving the tower puzzle is a two-step process, and you only need to move two lasers forward.
Go back to the second tower. You can approach him from behind by going into the bombed-out building with a ladder on the right side of the area. Climb up and activate the tower on the roof. This will give you a way later.
Go back to the stairs leading outside. Go left and around a path that will lead you to the back of the tower blocking the stairs. Don’t move it because it will prevent you from going straight ahead. Instead, head back through the buildings on the left side of the area and jump over the waist-high walls inside to avoid the laser.
Now you can go to the other side of the street and run back and jump to the end of the area where the stairs are. This time you are on the other side of the laser from the third tower. You can now climb and enter the next part of the island.
