Star Wars Jedi: Survivor — How to Change Lightsaber Colors

For me one of the best parts of the Star Wars Jedi series and the power unleashed Franchise before it’s the ability to change lightsaber colors. I’ve always loved the yellow blades of the Jedi Sentinels of Legends, and being able to wield white sabers while dual-wielding while slicing through B1 Battle Droids never gets boring. Luckily, it’s easy to swap out lightsaber crystals for new colors Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. Here’s how.

How to swap lightsaber colors in Jedi Survivor

You can change lightsaber colors fairly early in the game. Once you complete the first part on Coruscant, you will first escape to unknown parts. While in hyperspace, you work with BD to find a place to go, eventually settling on Koboh. Right after that, you need to clean up The Mantis.

From the star chart, head to the back of the ship and up the steps. Look left to find a BD-1 cosmetic set on the bar. You will then be instructed to go to the workbench in your quarters at the rear of the ship.

When you interact with the workbench, you have three options:

  • BD-1 customization
  • lightsaber stances
  • Customization of the lightsaber

Select the Lightsaber Customization, then go to Blade. You can change your lightsaber colors instantly. Here you can also customize other parts like emitters, switches and knobs, as well as materials to change the color and condition of these parts.

If you’re wearing a good pair of headphones, each crystal color will produce a distinct buzz when the blade is on.

How to unlock more lightsaber colors

You can unlock two more lightsaber colors by playing eat survivors to New Game+. All you have to do is load up the game and these will be added to your workbench once you get to them after Coruscant.

And that’s how you change lightsaber colors, swap them out at workbenches, and unlock more. Perhaps in the DLC we can get the Darksaber, although at this point in the timeline it would be owned by Maul. More on this eat survivorsgo over to our Jedi Survivor Guides Hub.
