From a starting lot you have two that can be unlocked. How to unlock the fourth plot for the holomap upgrade:
- Make sure you’ve bred unique plant species (ie you should see each species categorized by color and rare variants).
- If you think there might be duplicates, try removing them and replanting unique species based on different colors or rarities.
- Have the first three Garden Plots full of plants and wait for them to grow; It should take about 20 to 30 minutes for them to grow.
- Progress further in the campaign so you gain access to other abilities and zones on Koboh, which should also have additional seed types.
Once all three plots have (mostly) unique plants that are fully grown, talk to Pili. Cal will then notice that the fourth garden plot is available. Walk towards it and you will notice a terminal. Cut it with BD-1 to get the Map Upgrade: Seedpods.
