How to do tummy time with babies
Tummy Time is an interaction between adults or elders and infants in the grow together Expansion pack for The Sims 4. This interaction is not part of the base game Baby update since they are milestones introduced in grow together.
To do tummy time, your child needs to have bladder, hunger, energy, hygiene and attention in the green. While your little one lies on the Tummy Time Mat that comes as baby grows older, choose the following options from the cake menu.

The adult Sim or caregiver then rolls the child over and encourages them as they attempt to roll back. Unfortunately, Tummy Time often makes a baby angry, but it’s worth the excitement as they can unlock that Lift Head Milestone even if they don’t tip over.
With a successful tummy time, your child can unlock both Roll onto your back And Roll Over to Tummy Milestones. These are essential to unlock more milestones and develop your child’s skills.
