According to a post on red falls Official Twitter account, yes the game will have crossplay. With the statement “You join your friends where they are”, the redfall Team confirmed crossplay as a feature during a Community Questions and Answers. With co-op present throughout the in-game marketing, it makes sense that players would be able to slay bloodsuckers with their friends, whether on PC or Xbox. It also pointed out that Games Pass players are also included.

Being in an open world environment and having teammates to help you with missions is a blessing. There are currently four “heroes” to choose from, each with their own unique abilities. While they all work well together, they are full characters and the game can be played both solo and cooperatively. The missions and areas are scaled for solo or co-op play.
Whether you want to rock the town of Redfall solo or team up with friends, you can do it with whoever you want, regardless of the platform you choose.
