You will unlock multiplayer after completing Part 1 of Wo Long: The Fallen Dynasty. The game is divided into “Parts”, which are divided into different tabs in the journey menu. The first two parts of the game introduce you to the recruitment mechanics by giving you AI companions in those early missions. Once you complete a mission with a character, you can recruit them from any Battle Flag.
