Patch 10.1 introduces another currency, so here we’ll go over how to get Flightstones WoW: Dragonflight, which allows you to improve your equipment. Luckily there are several ways to acquire them and I already had 115 Flying Stones before arriving in Loamm, the town where you learn how to find and use them.
How to get flying stones in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight
Flying Stones are an easy currency to get as you can earn them from any PvE content. This includes Dungeons, Raids, Treasures, Quests, and World Quests, so you should have no trouble collecting enough Flying Stones for what you need. However, you should keep them if you plan to participate in the next PvP season, as they replace Valor as the currency used to upgrade PvP gear.
To upgrade the gear you get in Zaralek Cavern (not PvP gear) with Flying Stones, talk to Cuzolth in Loamm. He is also the NPC that gives you the main quest that explains what flying stones are and how to get them, and rewards you with 100 for completing his quest.

When the next PvP season starts on May 9th, you will be able to upgrade your PvP gear with your flying stones, which could give you a small gear boost early in the season.
Patch 10.1 introduces a lot of new content, and this includes several new currencies in addition to flight stones. While the game tries to incorporate quests to teach us about each currency and how to use it, it’s still difficult to keep track of so many. You can find more content in our Wow guide hub for pieces like Rare boss locations in the Forbidden Reach And how to use the runic wrench.
