The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Archaic Tunic is a piece of clothing you can wear as Link that doesn’t really offer much protection, but at least doesn’t require you to go topless. Here’s our guide to help you find the Archaic Tunic location Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
Where to find the archaic tunic in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom?
The first thing you’re likely to get as an in-game reward is the Archaic Legwear, a kind of tattered loincloth. It’s pretty hard to miss since it’s in the very first cave you wake up in at the beginning of the campaign.
As for that Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Archaic Armor or Archaic Tunic, I needed to explore the Great Sky Isle a bit more. Specifically, I had to go south and then east once you complete the puzzle In Isa Shrine, you go south and then east. Along the way, you should come across a point of interest called pond cave.
Make your way through the caves and take out the enemies inside. At the very end you should find a Bubbul Frog. You can kill it and collect the Bubbul Gem it drops. At this point you should also see a narrow tunnel on the side. Follow him and you will discover another chest. This will give you the Archaic Tunic.
As mentioned, it really doesn’t offer much protection as it only gives a +1 armor rating. It’s almost useless against bosses and tougher enemies. However, it lets Link walk around in a top.
We recommend swapping it out early enough, maybe once you reach Lookout Landing in Hyrule. For more information about the game, visit our Zelda: DeadK guides hub.
