How to get the Scimitar of the Seven and the Daybreaker in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
TotK Scimitar of the Seven and Daybreaker: The Missing Owner Quest
Before you can get the Scimitar of the Seven and the Daybreaker, you must complete the side quest The Missing Owner in the town of Gerudo. This is given to you by an NPC named Cara, who runs the village jewelry shop.
The goal is to find the owner Isha who is lost in the desert. You will find Isha in a rather difficult position as she stumbled upon a Molduga hideout in the Toruma Dunes. The coordinates are (-4771, -2826, 0034). You can also contact our Molduga chief leader about how to defeat this monstrous enemy.

Scimitar of the Seven and Daybreaker: Pride of the Gerudo quest and requirements
After rescuing Isha, return to the town of Gerudo and talk to her. She will tell you about the Pride of Gerudo quest where she could craft this Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Scimitar of the Seven and Daybreaker. Here are the materials needed:
- 10x Flint – Flint often falls from normal ore deposits in caves, mines, and on mountain trails.
- 4x Diamond – These can be found in valuable ore deposits, such as in the sky realm. Some are also rewarded in shrines, e.g Jochi-Ihiga/Rock for sale. Isha will give you one and a reward for rescuing her from Molduga. Additionally, if you already have a single diamond, you can easily do this the materials cheat.
- 1x Gerudo Scimitar and 1x Gerudo Shield – These pieces of equipment can be found in different locations. I suggest visiting some of the closer areas, which I note below.

Where to find the Gerudo Saber and the Gerudo Shield
I personally prefer a few places where you can find that Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Gerudo Saber and Gerudo Shield. The first is the aforementioned Molduga Hideout in Toruma Dunes, where you rescued Isha. Because when Moldugas are defeated, they drop a chest.
In some cases these may include a Gerudo Scimitar or a Gerudo Shield. I advise you to save before taking out the Molduga. If you don’t get the item you need, you can always reload the save to try again.
Another location is the ancient altar ruins that lie to the west of the South Lomei Labyrinth. The coordinates are (-2556, -3675, -0045). Basically, you have to fall through sinkholes that lead you to an underground cave. There are a few chests scattered around here, so make sure you track them via the Purah Pad Sensor+ upgrade.

TotK Scimitar of the Seven and Daybreaker Stats
After collecting all the items, return to Isha in the town of Gerudo. Then she will make it Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Scimitar of the Seven and Daybreaker. Here are their respective stats:
- The Scimitar of the Seven is a one-handed sword. It has an attack power of +28.
- The Daybreaker, on the other hand, is a shield. It has a defense value of +48.
In addition, Isha is ready to craft additional items if the original items have been destroyed and you have the necessary materials. However, if you ask me, I think it’s better just Dupe weapons and shields to avoid trouble.
This is how you get the Scimitar of the Seven and the Daybreaker in Tears of the Kingdom. During the campaign, you can find more regional legendary/unique weapons.
