There are many Skyview Towers The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and you should visit them to add parts of the map to your Purah Pad. One of the trickier ones, which you might not know how to unlock, is the Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower. It’s not immediately clear how to get in and solve the puzzle. Here are all necessary steps to unlock.
Where to find the Sahasra Slope Tower in Tears of the Kingdom
The entrance to The Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower is located at coordinates 1349, 1161, 0161or southeast of central Hyrule. When you arrive, you’ll quickly find that the doors are stuck and you can’t get in.
How to unlock the Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower
An NPC near Sahasra Tower mentions that there may be mushrooms in a neighboring cave, but we don’t really need the cave for that. Instead, we need it to unlock the tower.
You will find the Cave entrance at coordinates 1377, 1199, 0135. Once inside, you’ll need to use one of them to break through some rock barriers Fused Rock weapon or Bomb Flowers to move through the cave.
Found numerous rocks around the cave floor and a Rusty Claymore. So if you didn’t come with a bouldering sword, don’t worry. There are materials nearby.
When you’re ready to wield the stone-smashing weapon, start by breaking through the barriers at the back right of the cave. On the other side, you’ll come across some Horriblin enemies, so be prepared for a quick fight.

The Horriblin enemies will crawl on the ceiling in a super creepy way, and I’ve found that you can bring them down by firing Firefruit and Bomb Flower fused arrows and finally eliminating them at ground level with a sword.
Once you defeat the enemies living in the cave, go to the coordinates 1339, 1175, 0132 and use your Ascension ability by aiming at the ceiling. I found this exact place through trial and error and if you ascend here you will go straight into the Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower.
How to solve the Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower puzzle
Once you enter the Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower, you will notice some sticks on either side of the door that are clamping the door. Use your Ultrahand ability to get the sticks out of the way. Then open the door. You can then sync your Purah Pad to the tower and head off from the launch pad to unlock the region.
