Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) — Does the Master Sword Break?

The staple of the Master Sword series is included in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. With breath of the wildThe durability system is intact DeadK, not even the Master Sword is exempt from some restrictions. Luckily, it doesn’t work quite like the other weapons you find in your travels. This is how the master sword can break DeadK?

Does the master sword break in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK)?

The answer here isn’t as clear as you might hope. The Master Sword in Tears of the Kingdom doesn’t have the same durability as other weapons, but the charge mechanic acts as a kind of durability.

Similar to Zonai devices, the Master Sword has a charging mechanic Tears of the Kingdom. Once the Master Sword’s charge runs out, it’s not actually broken, but you’ll have to wait around 10 minutes for it to fully charge.

At worst, I found this mechanic impractical. My weapon inventory has been expanded through the use of Aged seed Helps as I was able to switch to a different item while the Master Sword was charging. However, the Master Sword’s power can cause other weapons to fail. But that power is exactly why it makes sense to add a mechanic that lets you think about when and how to use the Master Sword.

How breath of the wild, Tears of the Kingdom is a huge game with lots to do and discover. We have plenty to help Tears of the Kingdom Leader available for themes like that best main quest order, where to find skeleton horsesand how to complete various shrines long or wide.
